Our machine shop is comprehensively equipped enabling us to produce a wide variety of items from small parts to large customised manifold blocks.

Hidrosib has welding capabilities utilising conventional MIG & TIG welding sets.

Most of the work we do is in mild steel ranging from simple fabricated assemblies to complex higher tech equipment frames. We can also offer stress relieving by vibration.

With our water based cleaning and degreasing equipment for metal engineered components, we can provide clean and dry parts ready for assembly into sophisticated systems with rigorous requirements.

Our skilled and experienced workforce perform a comprehensive range of assembling work including: Hydraulic Apparatuses, Hydraulic Manifolds (Integrated Systems), Power Packs and Tooling.

Our modern painting plant enables us to offer customers a complete service for wet spray applications using water or solvents.

We recognise that pre-treatment is critical, and have a very flexible process designed to give high quality for added protection and optimal performance.
