Hydraulic Manifolds

With over 30 years of experience, Hidrosib are experts in the design and manufacture of custom and standard manifolds. With our advanced design and manufacturing methodologies, we can design and build custom manifolds up to 500 kilograms in steel, aluminum and gray cast iron. Modern CNC machines and special cutting tools are used in production.

The CAM software used on our CNC equipment transfers designs directly to the machining centers achieving all the conditions specified on drawings. Our washing equipment assures the required levels of decontamination for integrating and assembling manifolds in the most sophisticated hydraulic power systems.

We are able to provide customers with complete solutions to specific requirements: from initial design to machining, washing, assembly, testing and delivery. All our manifolds are delivered packed and protected to prevent contamination and deterioration during transport.
